If an Engagement shoot appeals to you, let’s make sure the setting is one that fits with you as a couple.

You might have decided not to get married but still want some photos as a couple. You may be celebrating a special Wedding Anniversary. There are many reasons to get some beautiful photos taken at any time in a relationship. It may be the place you first met or where you were proposed to or just somewhere that means something special to you as a couple.

Photographs capture and frame a memory.  Whether it be a summers evening stroll at that golden hour or an autumnal woodland walk, it’s the start and the lead up to your big day - whether that be in a few years time or just months away! It's the chance to get some beautiful photos to adorn your home, to use within Save the  Dates, Wedding initiations or upon a signing board (something we did for my big day!)

I can suggest places suitable locations, but your input will always be appreciated as I want this experience to be all about you as a couple.

We often hear the phrase “we're not photogenic and don’t like having our photo taken”. I hear you, I don’t love it either! So lets have a practice. Let's head out to your chosen location, have a laugh and a giggle about how awkward you feel at first and then you’ll relax into it, I promise! We do lots of walking and chatting about your wedding and life in general. In an hour or so, we’ve taken some fabulous photos!

Engagement Session - £150

• The shoot will last 1 hour at the location of your choice*.

• 30+ digital images, fully edited in a personalised gallery for you to download - includes Print Release (allowing you to print from the digital images for personal use only).

• - £25 extra if you wish to make it even more special and add a beautifully presented Keepsake USB and box

• Also if you have a dog - they are more than welcome to join us for the Photoshoot for a photo or two (additional fee for 2 or more dogs) - it would be useful to capture these shots first and if another family member or friend can then take them for a walk/or home whilst we continue with the remainder of your shoot.

 

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking for the Engagement photoshoot. The remainder of the balance is to be paid 24hrs prior to the shoot.

 

*All photoshoots are inclusive of a 10 mile radius of my home (Pendle, BB9) – small charge for anything over this.

What to wear on a photoshoot

If you are considering an engagement photoshoot but you are unsure on what you would wear...don’t panic!

This is one of the most common questions asked when considering a photoshoot,  on location and quite rightly so.

The clothes you choose to wear on the day should be a big consideration since they have dramatic impact on the overall look and feel of the photos.
